36 hour Neapolitan pizza dough - we will learn the fundamentals of making a versatile pizza dough & adjusting it to your schedule

Class will be taught by Brian Keenan of Keenan's Pit Bar-B-Que .
Class includes $200 in products.
-13 to 16 lb Brisket from Linz Meats trimmed and seasoned in class then taken home to cook same day or next day.

Kids Knife Skills
This is a 2 hour drop off class for kids ages 10 - 13

We will work in small groups and cover the following:

Types of knives and their uses

How to maintain a sharp blade and overall knife care

Knife safety; using a finger guard

Proper knife grip and cutting techniques

Basic cuts: julienne, slicing, dicing, chopping, & mincing (all ingredients for homemade salsa & pico de gallo)

Students will get to enjoy their hard work with chips & salsa at the end of class!
